Questions
Can Retrace prove a photo is fake?
No tool can do that alone. Retrace gives you the evidence: where and when the picture appeared before and what it shows. The conclusion is yours.
Does it detect AI-generated images?
It is not built for that. For a freshly generated picture the usual result is that no earlier copy exists, which says little on its own.
